2. Technical Description

1) Function specification

a. With the function of Unterrupt Power Supply

   This Machine is with a function of unterrupt power supply, and there is no

 

 jump interal. It can discharge for a long time by the battery in itself, in

 

case of no connecting with external AC power supply. At the power of 800W, It

 

can discharge continuously for 3.5 hours; When battery energy use up, It will

 

automatically turn to the mode that external AC power supply directly supply

 

power.  

 

b.With the fuction of manual control and automatic control

All function of this machine is not only by manual controled but also

 

automatic controlled.

 

C.With the function of Automatically Charge

This machine have 2 kinds of charge modes: 1. charge via utility power 2.

 

charge via solar. In the mode1, charge current: DC15A; In the mode 2, charge

 

current is 10A. When any one cell of battery pack is full, this machine

 

will automatically cut off the above charge input.

 

d.With the fuction of Timing control

The machine can set up charge time and discharge time via time controller

 

according to customs needs.

 

e. With the fuction of overload alarm

In the mode of inverter working, when overload, the systems will 

 

automatically alarm(Buzzer).

 

f. With the fuction of overload shutdown

In the mode of inverter working, when overload, the systems will

 

automatically alarm, and shut down inverter.

 

g. Automatically control temperature

When it is high temp, inner cooling fan will automatically work.

III. Operating Instruction

 

A. Operating regulation

1. Equipment access

  AC input/output wire and connectors must fit -AC15A demand with firm connection.

  No Mixed connection among AC input/output terminals. (The equipment could connect overload with load)

2. Equipment Start-up

l           Check and make sure the charger switch and power master switch are in OFF state.

 

For example: one electric device connects the power on 19:00, and next day 08:00 cut off the power

A take following steps 1-3, using the screen showing in picture 1a

B take following steps 5-7, using the screen showing in picture 1b

C take step 9, to make each group time 20N, 20FF, 20ON,20OFF show --:-- in the screen.

D repeat fix time/clock key to check each group switch time whether meet the requirement, if not correct, should repeat A-C

E take step 11, move the switch mark to AUTO

 

For example: one device (1) connect power on 19:00, and next day 08:00 power off, another device (2) connect power on 9:30 to 14:30 from Monday to Friday.

A take the fixed time function 1-8 to make the screen shows as 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b pictures.

B take the step 9 to make each group time 30PN, 30OFF,200ON, 200OFF to show --:-- on the screen

C take step 11 to move the switch mark to AUTO

 

Device maintenance

1.Notice before using

1. To check the device case whether has obvious damage.

2. To check screw whether has obvious loosening

3. According to rear plate instruction to connect each port correctly

4. On normal operation, the device case temperature is little higher than environment temperature

5. Should check device state from time to time under the condition of charging, air cooling system should operate when the device in condition of charging, under the condition of discharging, when the load beyond 500W, the converting air cooling system should operate.

6. Connect the earth correctly, in order to make people safety, please make sure to contact earth correctly.

7. repair: if device has problem in the working, do not repair it by yourself, or our company will not provide maintenance service.

8.clean: keep the device case clean, the air hold without obstruction, on time open the device case to use wind gun to clear the wind fan, at least one time per half year.

9.maintenance: On time to check the battery, please renew battery when the battery send heat or warped.

10. Under the construction of rear plate port to connect each port correctly.

Using environment

1.       the sending heating system of this device using air cooling system, because the using environment of this device is in clean, hot, with wind inner house.

2.       when the device in working, make sure to fix the stability, and fixing the wheels to avoid the dangerous

3.       do not threw metal goods and water to the device

4.       Without AC power connected, forbid open the start switch for long.( can not exceed 48hours)

5.       Can not open the case randomly

 

Our company is not responsible for it if any quality problems caused by above reason..The user will afford it.Our company will charge it accordingly if the quality problem cased by improper operation.

 

l         Cut off the master power supply switch of the battery pack, cut off the AC output switch. ( try to cut off the master switch repeatedly because there is filtering capacitance of high capacity inside of the charge and discharge modules.)

l         Start up the power switch to make it in operating position with AC output.

   

l         Start up the charging switch to make it in charging position.

 

l         Adjust the timer by automatic control or manual control. (refer to timer operating instruction)

l         Cut off the power switch first and then cut off the battery master switch when not in use. In urgent situation, please cut off the battery master switch directly.

2.  Time adjusting 

Please check and adjust the time to be correct before use. When adjusting, please push the button of  "Time" together with any button of  "H", "M", "S" and "D" to make the time&data correct.

Finish timing setting and make the clock run.

Please highlight AUTO and the device will enter into the process set before  and be controlled automatically.

 

♦ All the processes are not active during the timing setting, which means the device can't work automatically.

♦ If you want to reset or cancel the setting, please push "cancel/reset" button, the screen will show "--:--" which means no timing process, not  00:00  . While if you want to resume the setting, just push the button one more time.

♦ If you want to cancel all the timing process, please push "cancel/reset" button and last for 2seconds until the screen show "ALLC" which means all the timing processes are canceled.

Working modules:

working on Monday, Wednesday and Friday,

working on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday,

3. Check Up

Push the "Timing/Clock" button to check whether the timings are all set correctly. (Please quit and get back to clock by pushing "Timing/Clock" button for 2 seconds. )

 

4. Amendment

If there's a wrong timing, please push "Timing/Clock" button till you see this timing in the list and then push "Cancel/Reset" to clear it and then reset the "H", "M", "S" and "Date". But if you found the problem during setting process, please push "Cancel/Reset" to clear all setted time.

 

5. How to end up the Check up.

Please push "Timing/Clock" for 2 seconds, you'll quit and get back to clock.

 

6. Manual Control

Please push "Auto/Manual" to chose Auto, the device will enter into the process set before  and be controlled automatically.

 

7. If  you push "ON/Auto/OFF" to chose "manual on" when the process was set to be automatically power-off, you should keep pushing "ON/Auto/OFF" for 2 more seconds until the screen shows "P-on" and process automatically power on. It will also automatically power off according to the timing.

 

8. If you push "ON/Auto/OFF" to chose "manual off" when the process was set to be automatically power-on, you should keep pushing "ON/Auto/OFF" for 2 more seconds until the screen shows "P-oF" and process automatically power off . It will also automatically power on according to the timing.
